Note:
If above proxy and port do not work then go to
Proxynova.com and get a new Address as i show you below in pics. chose any address and port and put it in setting.

One thing more that i want to tell you that only "m.facebook.com" work for that if you open "www.facebook.com" then its not work. So keep it in your mind that you just open "m.facebook.com".
